Directions for use:
Apply plasters to the specific areas as desired, such as knees, back, shoulder and neck. Use on clean, dry skin and press firmly on surrounding adhesive. Up to 4 magnets can be worn around a specific area depending on the intensity desired. Do not use for more than 12 hours at a time. Discard responsibly after use.
